Live remix of Rihanna’s S&M including vid!
2This weekend I wanted to remix the track from Martin Solveig ft. Dragonette – Hello, but then some friends reminded me of the awesome track from Rihanna – S&M. But I noticed that this track is not that as ‘club’ as I would like to have it in my collection, so I promised to do a quick and dirty remix!
Instead of sampling everything into Ableton (which is still not really my style), I focussed on keeping it my kind my kind of style so I decided to remix it ‘live’ and even record my movements into a movie so you could notice I’ve done it without tricks;)
The counter track (more its samples I’ve cut) you’re hearing the bass from is Jordan Peak – Body Double.

Even more crap is coming out, YES it’s time for another try-out song. This time I’ve covered the Pirates of the Caribbean tune and used some cool synths along with a simple bassdrum. The result is just anottrack to get some feelings with the software and the tunes.

Whooooot it’s finally happening! Turning from Fasttracker in 1994, using modplayer, Amiga crap and other crappy non working home studios. Finally old Tha’Deejays freakin’ idiot brings out a magic sample release.
Yes, you’re right, that piece of info was about me, HQ ! Although it might not be huge, big, interesting, innovative or whatever you should expect from a track in 2010, I MADE IT MYSELF!
I’m talking about the freakin’ sample from Coldplay called clocks which I next to play it fully on a piano myself, but also converted into a nice trancy mp3 sample with a simple beat. Don’t expect the best but feel free to check it out. Download the HouseQ – CloX mp3 now!
I’ve used FL Studio to create this piece of art using the Alpha Free VST reviewed shortly somewhere on this site! I’ll get back to you on the FL Studio software. But for now it’s CloX time!
