This weekend I wanted to remix the track from Martin Solveig ft. Dragonette – Hello, but then some friends reminded me of the awesome track from Rihanna – S&M. But I noticed that this track is not that as ‘club’ as I would like to have it in my collection, so I promised to do a quick and dirty remix!

Instead of sampling everything into Ableton (which is still not really my style), I focussed on keeping it my kind my kind of style so I decided to remix it ‘live’ and even record my movements into a movie so you could notice I’ve done it without tricks;)

The counter track (more its samples I’ve cut) you’re hearing the bass from is Jordan Peak – Body Double.

You might have noticed the new feature on the right of this website, called ‘Music in the mix!’ (send me your sounds). Damn I need to pay same attention on saving my playlist when creating a set, because now I’ve an overview of all tracks, but no decent playlist (in which order they are played) for you. I could spent some time figuring it out, but hey, just listen and enjoy! You’ll probably recognize the tracks yourself!

This mix has been made for a small pre-party before going to Energy The Network 2011 (in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, The Netherlands). A huge event visited by many (also foreign) people, and I guess somewhere about 30.000 people in total dancing in three $$%$# amazing music areas. The party has been huge, this mix is to enjoy some of the feeling of that night;).
